Fair warning the bottle has a proper smell to it, bacon apparently, and the kitchen smells of it for a minute after I pour it. The dog is delighted about this, Im less keen. Knocking a star off for that because otherwise its done what I hoped, hes up and down the back steps like he was two years ago.
Third bottle. Nothing dramatic to report, hes just better than he was and hes stayed better. Ill keep getting it.

It isnt cheap and I did wince at the price. In fairness once I added up the chews, the oil and the powder its replaced its actually about the same. Shes moving better so Ill keep buying it, just be aware its a premium price.

Was told our Frenchies back end was just the breed and there wasnt a lot to be done at five years old. I accepted that for about a year and felt rubbish about it. Started this in April and by the end of May she was going up the step to the garden without that hesitation shed had. Shes still a Frenchie, she still snores like a tractor and she still gets carried up the stairs at bedtime because Im soft. But shes not stopping halfway up the garden any more. Keeping her on it.

Bear is a Labrador, nine, and after the xrays we were told to manage his weight, keep the walks short and controlled and come back in six months. Which is sensible and we did all of it. But managing something isnt the same as feeding it and thats what bothered me. Ended up reading about how little of a baked chew actually reaches the joint and thats the bit that made me order. He has half a dropper on his breakfast. About the four week mark my wife said hed come down the stairs without stopping on the half landing, which he hadnt done since autumn. Hes still on the controlled walks and the diet and he still goes back for his check. But hes meeting us at the door again and he wasnt doing that in January.
